This immersive weekend is designed as a progressive unfolding—each session offering a different entry point into practice, while collectively supporting a deeper connection to breath, body, and awareness.
Rooted in the Sri T. Krishnamacharya Vinyasa lineage, Dani weaves together intelligent sequencing, breath-led movement, chanting, and pranayama to create a practice that is both accessible and expansive. Each offering is open to all levels, with thoughtful progressions to support beginners while still engaging more experienced practitioners. Please see the immersive weekend schedule.
