We strongly encourage clients to sign up and go to as many classes as possible to see what each teacher offers.

Sunrise Yoga

Set the tone for your day by cultivating mindful intention, aligning breath with movement, and connecting deeply with your body to create a grounded, purposeful start. This class is  an energizing Hatha flow that centers around foundational Sun Salutations.

Power Hour

Elevate your practice with our Power Hour Vinyasa class. This class is designed to empower both your body and mind through a seamless fusion of movement, breath, and mindfulness. Expect to experience a harmonious journey towards strength, flexibility, and inner balance.

YIN

YIN yoga involves slow, passive poses held for extended periods, targeting deep connective tissues, and increasing joint mobility. This practice encourages stillness, mindful breathing, and deep physical release.

This practice is for all levels.

Flowing Into YIN

This class is the perfect combination of flow and standing postures to get the body warm and create some heat and then transitions into the cooling stillness of yin postures to help achieve a balanced state. Yin yoga emphasizes long, passive holds to help target the joints and connective tissue to help increase circulation in the joints, improving flexibility.

Weekend Flow

Unwind and reset with Weekend Flow. This all-levels class blends mindful movement, breath, and gentle strength to help you feel grounded, open, and refreshed for the days ahead.

Functional Flow

In this class you will move through a mindful progression that connects all aspects of Body & Mind. The class is a blend of stability, mobility, strength, and breath work all rolled into one practice. Learning to go with the flow and keep you ‘tuned in.’ You will leave this class feeling more grounded inside and out and ready for the next adventure.

YIN Fusion

Looking for the sweet spot between relaxing and revitalizing? Yin Fusion blends grounding yin holds with gentle flow to wake up your body without overdoing it. Expect deep stretches, mindful breathing and a little spark of movement to leave you feeling both calm and energized. 
This class is the perfect complement to your spin routine!

Find Your Balance (Hatha)

This all levels class consists of a slow flowing practice designed to build strength, balance, and flexibility. Come move your body, settle your mind and find your breath. Modifications and props are always available to support everyBODY. Hatha yoga is about finding that deep connection between body, breath and mind.

Beginners Yoga

Designed to help you build a solid foundation in yoga practice. Whether you’re seeking flexibility, strength, or stress relief, this series will guide you step-by-step towards a balanced body and mind. A pre-registered series, taught throughout the year.

Restorative 

Suitable for all levels, this class offers a tranquil way to end your weekend, restoring and healing both mind and body. Through the use of props, breath work, and meditation, discover deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Restorative yoga enhances mobility, flexibility, boosts immune function, and resets the nervous system.
